DEVELOPMENT APPROVALS
For developments adjoining a substation, under the Planning Regulation 2017, studies must be undertaken by a suitably qualified RPEQ Electrical Engineer which considers any electrical risks that might be created by the proposed development and the construction methods.
AE4 Engineers can provide the required compliance reports for development approval where sensitive uses (i.e. residential) are proposed adjoining or in proximity to a substation within 100 metres.
Our work reports use ENA Policies and Guidelines while using ARPANSA calibrated equipment for substation and high voltage line surveys.
